Here are useful apps for your students to use on their devices to reinforce music concepts (some are free, others are minimal cost). 

• Flashnote Derby - a very fun note recognition flashcard game; I can even send assignments to students
• Note Rush - also a flashcard game but instead of just recognizing the note names, students must actually press the corrct key on the keyboard to answer
• Music Flash Cards - no frills but has flashcards on rhythms and terms in addition to note recognition
• Music Flash Class - a timed flashcard app which can be customized to have students drill specific ranges of notes 
• The Cat collection (Rhythm Cat 1 & 2, Treble Cat, Bass Cat, Ear Cat) - can be purchased individually or as a bundle
